Do I need a membership card?

Yes a photo membership card is required.  We take the photo here at the facility

 

How long does a membership last?

Memberships last one year.

 

What does a membership get me?

Membership allows you to participate in any program or class, provides you with the insurance of the facility & will also get you 10% off birthday parties you have at TEAMWORKS-Acton.

 

Will I be able to access all TEAMWORKS facilities?

Yes, with a membership you can go to any TEAMWORKS facility.

 

What is the age range of people with memberships at TEAMWORKS?

TEAMWORKS is for anyone over the age of 2.

 

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, guests are $12.50 per class, per guest & they must fill out & sign the participation waiver.

 

What do I do if I lose my membership card?

Come to the TEAMWORKS office & we will be able to provide you with a new one for a $2 fee.

 

What if I can't attend a class?

If you are unable to attend a class, we ask that you call ahead to let the instructors know.

 

Can I change the day that I signed up for a class?

When you sign up for a class, you sign up for the day that works best for you.  You can not change the day for a full session.

 

Can I try a class before I register for it?

Yes, just come into the TEAMWORKS office & fill out & sign the participation waiver.
